The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Week 29 Predictions

Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well. This is Proilios , and I'm about to share my predictions for the final week of regular season play in the League this year. It's going to be a much briefer post than usual since I'm super-busy with IRL stuff, but I'll still try my best to get accurate predictions down. DAY 1 1. Vancouver Titans vs. Boston Uprising- Titans win 3-0 . Will Florida's consistency trump the Gladiators' aggressive play? 2. Los Angeles Gladiators vs. Florida Mayhem- Mayhem wins 3-0 . DAY 2 1. Hangzhou Spark vs. Seoul Dynasty- Dynasty wins 3-2 . 2. London Spitfire vs. New York Excelsior- Excelsior wins 3-0 . 3. Washington Justice vs. San Francisco Shock- Shock wins 3-0 . 4. Dallas Fuel vs. Toronto Defiant- Fuel wins 3-0 . 5. Los Angeles Gladiators vs. Atlanta Reign- Reign wins 3-1 . 6. Los Angeles Valiant vs. Vancouver Titans- Valiant wins 3-2 . DAY 3 1. Seoul Dynasty vs. London Spitfire- Dynasty wins 3-0 . 2. Dallas Fuel vs. Pa

The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Week 28 Predictions

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. I'm back with some predictions for Week 28, during which we will not be seeing Zarya, Genji, Tracer and Brigitte in the Hero Pool. This might entail more Double Shield, but I'm not entirely sure. Teams could always improvise a little and play what their playstyle enables them to play the best, especially with the end-of-season playoffs approaching rapidly. DAY 1 1. London Spitfire vs. Seoul Dynasty- Spitfire wins 3-1 . This is an interesting matchup, since Seoul has a higher peak than London, but is also more inconsistent. They're quite good at the Barrier-Break variant of Double Shield, especially with FITS  on Hanzo, which could be a sleeper pick in this meta. The Spitfire, on the other hand, haven't ever been "the Double Shield team", and have always leaned towards more Poke-based comps, so they might just adopt those if possible. It will probably work in this meta, especially with London's great Mei play, whi

The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Countdown Cup (Week 27) Predictions

The Countdown Cup is upon us, and we're ready to see which two teams are going to win the final pre-playoff tournament in the League this year! Things are looking up, with not just Double Shield, but also a Partial Dive (Winston-Zarya) comp turning out to be useful on maps with high ground, so there's not going to be a stale meta this week! Let's get into my predictions now, and remember that I'll be updating this very page with newer predictions till the end of the Countdown Cup! Let's begin! NA QUALIFIERS 1. Vancouver Titans vs. Atlanta Reign- Reign wins 3-0 . There's a noticeable skill and consistency gap between these two teams, so this matchup leans heavily towards Atlanta. 2. Houston Outlaws vs. Los Angeles Valiant- Outlaws win 3-0 . This is certainly a hot take, but one I'm willing to stand by. The Valiant have proven to be competent in this meta, thanks to KSP  in my opinion, who hasn't disappointed at all with his Ashe play. Except for him, I

OverAchievers: A Conversation with Achilios

Hey everyone, it's Proilios  again, and today, I'm pleased to be presenting an article about one of the best play-by-play commentators in the professional Overwatch scene, Seth 'Achilios' King. I'm stoked to be able to write about Achilios ; I love his casting style, and find his energy and enthusiasm extremely contagious. His ability to keep up with the pace of every team fight he's casting, and break down plays in every corner of the spectator screen is second-to-none. Most of you are already familiar with his work, but how much do you know about his   journey to being such a proficient and well-known caster? I'm guessing not a lot, so with great pleasure, I'm about to share his story with you. As a kid, Seth was very fond of video games. He used to get them as a reward for getting good grades, so that he could play them on the weekends after his homework was done. He started off as a console player, but slowly got into PC gaming, thanks to
