The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Week 21 Predictions

Alright, this is where we make a comeback. After sharing a poor set of predictions last week, I made a ton of changes to my power rankings, and I think we're set up for success once again. After having two weeks of Hero Pool-restricted play, the cages have been opened, and D.Va, Brigitte, Sombra and Echo have been unleashed. I'm very excited to see what's going to happen this week, especially on the new patch with those probably meta-shaking Genji buffs. Once again, I expect teams to play heroes and comps that they're comfortable with rather than figure out a meta in such a short span of time, so let's get into my predictions for Week 21! Wish me luck! DAY 1 1. Chengdu Hunters vs. Guangzhou Charge- Charge wins 3-0 . It's not hard to discern the skill difference between both these teams, since the Charge have looked quite formidable on multiple occasions even against top-tier opponents. It remains to be seen whether the Hunters decide to be inspired by the Genj

The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Week 20 Predictions

Hello hello, welcome back to The OverSeer guys! This post will highlight my predictions for Week 20, after a delightfully-accurate Week 19 . The Hero Pools for Week 20 are still the same as before: Echo, Sombra, D.Va and Brigitte will still be unavailable to play. We already know that teams are inclined to play Double Shield comps with the occasional Ball-Winston Dive because of these bans, but that really depends on which team is in the field, so let's see what's on the table for Saturday, and try to determine what's going to happen. DAY 1 1. Seoul Dynasty vs. Guangzhou Charge- Dynasty wins 3-1 . Despite the Dynasty's soul-crushing defeats (you see what I did there) by the Charge in recent weeks, I think they'll have the upper hand in this matchup. Whenever the Charge have beaten Seoul, it's been in an Echo-centric meta. With Echo gone this week, I'm confident the tides can and will turn in the Dynasty's favour. Seoul's Double Shield execution is

The OverSeer: Overwatch League S3 Week 19 Predictions

Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well and staying safe! This is Proilios , and after a two-week break, I'm ready to get back into the OWL action! The May Melee Tournament was a huge success; we saw matches without  Hero Pools for the first time in a long time and still  saw a ton of variance in strategies, which was a refreshing experience. The Shanghai Dragons emerged as the winners of the APAC May Melee, whereas the San Francisco Shock seized the throne in North America. For me, these are the two best teams so far this season, regardless of division. Enough of the May Melee though; we're in June now, and are ready to work our way towards another exciting tournament, which is the Summer Showdown! In Weeks 19 and 20, Echo, Sombra, D.Va and Brigitte will be out of the Hero Pool, and I think that's going to lead to another week of Shield-Break-heavy Double Shield comps. I'm sure there will be teams that go the Rushdown route, but let's talk about that while I'
